The Designer Outlet Park & Ride Service 7 operates 7 days a week.

There are 600 parking spaces at the site.

It is not permitted to park at this site unless you use the Park & Ride bus service or cycle into the city centre.

Overnight parking is not permitted at Park & Ride sites. Please check the site closing times before leaving your car. Any vehicles left in the car park after the site closes will incur a penalty charge.

The car park and bus stop are located at the north side of the main shopping complex. To reach the site by car, follow the signs from the main entrance roundabout and keep in the right-hand lane.

The Park & Ride site office is open Monday to Saturday from 07:00 until 13:30, 09:00 to 13.00 on Sundays. For emergencies outside these hours please contact the Designer Outlet security staff.

The car park is managed by York Designer Outlet.

Larger vehicles

When travelling in larger vehicles, such as motorhomes, minibuses or coaches, please contact York Designer Outlet Guest Services prior to your visit for advice on the best area to park.

All coaches will need to be pre-booked to be permitted to park on site.
