All York Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid for travel on all participating bus operators’ services within the York boundary only.
  2. All York Day, All York Young Person's Day, All York Family: Valid until 03:00 following the day of issue.
  3. All York Week, All York Young Person's Week: Valid on day of issue and next 6 consecutive days.
  4. All York Month: Valid for one calendar month from date of issue.
  5. Up to 5 people (maximum of 2 adults) may travel using an All York Family ticket, young persons aged 11 to 16 may be asked for proof of age (for example a YOzone card).
  6. All York Young Person's Day, All York Young Person's Week: Available to passengers aged 5 to 18. Proof of age may be required (for example a YOzone card).
  7. Ticket must be produced by the holder when requested to do so by an employee of any participating bus operator or City of York Council.
  8. Paper tickets must show the correct price, period of validity and ticket type.
  9. Using an altered or undated ticket is an offence and authorised staff have the right to withdraw the ticket in these circumstances.
  10. No refund will be made for lost, stolen or unused tickets.
  11. Not valid on City Tour buses, race day shuttle buses or any other dedicated shuttle services for special events or sports fixtures (unless bus operator’s website specifies otherwise).
