Youth Fares scheme
Single fares for passengers aged 18 or under are still just £1, across the whole of York and North Yorkshire, thanks to continuing funding via the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority. Just ask the driver for a ‘Young Person’s ticket’.
Please note that funding for free travel for accompanied children has now ended. Up to three accompanied children can still travel for free on York Park and Ride services.
