All Park & Ride services are operated by First Bus York on behalf of City of York Council.

Lost Property

If you've lost any property at a Park & Ride site or on board a Park & Ride bus, telephone the site supervisor as soon as possible.

You can also notify First Bus York using the Park & Ride contact form.

Dogs are permitted on Park & Ride buses, providing they are quiet, well behaved and are kept off the seats.

First York charge a small fee for carrying dogs.

Overnight parking is not currently permitted at any Park & Ride site.

Several council car parks, allow 24-hour parking.

As the operator of the York Park & Ride service, First York have published a policy regarding mobility scooters aboard their buses.
