The car park and bus stop are located at the north side of the main shopping complex. To reach the site by car, follow the signs from the main entrance roundabout and keep in the right-hand lane.
The car park is managed by York Designer Outlet. Overnight parking is not permitted.
The Park & Ride site office is open daily from 07:00 (09:00 on Sundays) until 13:30. For emergencies outside these hours please contact the Designer Outlet security staff.
Larger vehicles
When travelling in larger vehicles, such as motorhomes, minibuses or coaches, please contact York Designer Outlet Guest Services prior to your visit for advice on the best area to park.
All coaches will need to be pre-booked to be permitted to park on site.
