Dial & Ride

The York Wheels Dial & Ride service ceased operation from 31 December 2023.

This was due to the service becoming unsustainable as a result of problems with maintenance and third-party suppliers.

York Wheels will continue to provide its volunteer car driver scheme, where customers can book a car in advance to collect them and take them to their destination. The charge for this service depends on the distance travelled.
