Lost Property
If you've lost any property at a Park & Ride site or aboard a Park & Ride bus, telephone the site supervisor as soon as possible or notify First Bus using the form below.

Taking dogs on Park & Ride services
Dogs are permitted on Park & Ride providing they are quiet, well behaved and are kept off the seats. First York charge a small fee for carrying dogs.
Overnight parking
Overnight parking is not currently permitted at any Park & Ride site.
Several council car parks, including Moor Lane (close to Askham Bar Park & Ride), allow 24-hour pay and display parking.
Mobility scooters on Park & Ride buses
As the operator of the York Park & Ride service, First York have published a policy regarding mobility scooters aboard their buses.
