All Park & Ride services are operated by First York on behalf of City of York Council. Please contact First York with any comments, complaints or suggestions you may have about your journey.

Yes, dogs are permitted on Park & Ride providing they are quiet, well behaved and are kept off the seats. First York charge a small fee for carrying dogs.

No, overnight parking is not currently permitted at any Park & Ride site.

Several council car parks, including Moor Lane (close to Askham Bar Park & Ride), allow 24-hour pay and display parking.

Please contact the site office at your local Park & Ride site to check current availability of cycle lockers in that location.  See Park and Pedal for prices and locations.

Bus services in York are operated by a number of different commercial operators. Please contact the bus operator directly in the first instance with any comments, complaints or suggestions you may have about your journey.

If you are not satisfied with the response you have received from a particular bus operator, please contact Bus Users UK.

Timetable leaflets are produced by individual bus operators. You can pick up timetable leaflets from our Bus Point or contact the bus operator directly if you have any comments or queries.
