As a member of York’s Enterprise Car Club, you get all the benefits of having a car without the expense.
- You can hire a car for the whole day or for as little as an hour at a time.
- Cars are maintained, cleaned, fuelled and ready to go 24 hours a day, seven days a week – whenever you need one.
- Once you’ve joined the club, simply book online or by phone – even at the last minute. Access to cars is by use of a Smartcard (issued to you when you join) so there’s no messing about with keys.
- Cars are parked at locations all around York – just book, use the car, return it, and walk away. It’s that simple!
- Membership of the club costs from as little as £6 per month. Membership is open to residents and businesses.
- Cars cost from under £5 an hour with further discounts for weekends and longer periods. Mileage is charged at 21p per mile.
- Different types of car are available to suit your needs - now including the fully electric Nissan Leaf!
- You get one monthly bill for all hire and fuel costs with a full breakdown of usage, so it’s easy to see what you are paying for.
