The car park and bus stop are located at the north side of the main shopping complex. To reach the site by car, follow the signs from the main entrance roundabout and keep in the right-hand lane.
The car park is managed by York Designer Outlet. Overnight parking is not permitted.
The Park & Ride site office is open daily from 07:00 (09:00 on Sundays) until 13:30. For emergencies outside these hours please contact the Designer Outlet security staff.
Camper vans and coaches
50 spaces are provided by the Designer Outlet for the use of larger vehicles such as camper vans. This parking area is located to the west of the main Designer Outlet building, at the opposite side to the Park & Ride site.
